The IDF on Wednesday 3 Tishrei retaliated by striking terror targets in Gaza after a rocket was fired into Sderot during the morning hours. B’chasdei Hashem no one was killed or physically injured in the attack but a number of people were treated for psychological trauma as the rocket landed in the middle of a street in an inhabited area of the city.

Salafist terrorists claimed to have fired the rocket as part of its ongoing feud with Hamas and the recent arrests of its members by Hamas.

Sderot Mayor Alon Davidi reports that a vehicle and a home were damaged in the attack.

PA (Palestinian Authority) sources report the IAF retaliatory raid was in the Khan Yunis area of Gaz.
