ZAKA and United Hatzalah were summoned on the second day Rosh Hashanah after a young Amshinov chossid was reported missing from Bayit Vegan. After consulting with rabbonim, the order was given to summon assistance and begin searching for the missing 15-year-old youth.

A few hours into the search the missing person was found B”H alive and well in the Ezras Torah neighborhood. The command post was operated by a non-Jew to minimize chilul Yomtov.
