Hillary Clinton says recent police-involved shootings in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Charlotte, North Carolina, add two more names “to a long list of African-Americans killed by police officers.”
She says “it’s unbearable and it needs to become intolerable.”
Meanwhile, the Charlotte police chief says officers gave 43-year-old Keith Lamont Scott multiple warnings to drop a handgun before fatally shooting him.
Police Chief Kerr Putney said during a news conference Wednesday morning that officers were searching for a suspect Tuesday when they saw Scott exit a vehicle with a handgun. He says the officers told him to drop the gun and that he got out of the vehicle a second time still carrying the gun. He says the man was shot because he posed a threat.
He says officers requested medical help and performed CPR on the black man.
Court records indicate that the man shot to death by Charlotte police had a criminal record including an assault conviction.
Mecklenburg County records matching Keith Lamont Scott’s name and birth date show Scott was charged in April 2004 with multiple counts, including felony assault with a deadly weapon.
Hundreds of protesters rallied overnight, with some throwing rocks at police and setting fires.
Many chanted “Black lives matter.”
Some blocked Interstate 85 and started a fire in the middle of the highway, forcing vehicles and tractor-trailers to stop as far as the eye could see.
Protesters removed boxes from the backs of semitrailers and set the items on fire. Police in riot gear formed a line and forced crowds away from the highway.
Others jumped on top of a police van and stomped on it, breaking the windshield and other windows.
Putney said 16 officers were injured in the protests.

Hilary, these blacks are dying because they are a threat to normal civilized society. The last one, who got out of a car waving a gun – and yes I believe the black chief of police – was shot by a black officer. Hilary who are you trying to kid here? No wonder you are going to lose to Mr Trump! If these blacks continue rioting more of them will die. Send them back home and tell them to learn how to behave instead of doing down our great police officers..

We are told that אלמלא מורא מלכות, the need for law enforcement is critical to a society existing as a civilization. Challenging the ability of law enforcement to do their job is tantamount to trashing civilization. This happens to be quite in concert with the radicalization that Obama y”sh brought into office and imposed on America, and Hillary y”sh is continuing her version of the same. The racial divide has never been worse since the end of slavery.
Hillary wants our country to be overrun by rioters, with no police to contain them, and to make these thugs and gangsters supreme. Trouble is, she is as likely to be a victim of the indiscriminate crime that these animals inflict of others. That there was legal and moral basis for police to act is of no consequence. She is able to fabricate the blame on police. Well, shame on her. May she discover that she is compromising on the safety of all, including herself. May she never make it into public office again.
