Four Melbourne Cheder children have been hospitalized after their bus collided with a car in Elsternwick. The bus was heading to the ‘Divrei Emuna Cheder’.
Two of the students suffered abdominal injuries, one received neck injuries, and the fourth had glass in their eye after the crash on Wednesday morning.
The four were taken to the Royal Children’s Hospital in a stable condition and the female car driver was planning to see her own doctor, an Ambulance Victoria spokesman said.
There were more than 20 people on the bus when it collided with the car on the Nepean Highway about 9am.
The remaining passengers were transferred to another bus to complete their journey.
