I am just curious: How many state senators and assemblymen who have received Agudath Israel k-a placques have subsequently been convicted or felony- or misdemeanor-corruption. Maybe this Flanagan fellow is OK, but given the recent history of the other folks with his credentials, the chances are good that he is a crook, which only begs the question: why should Agudath Israel give any of these gonnifs a placque?

Let me emphasize: I know nothing bad that is specifically about Flanagan. But if one is a New York State Senator, one has a better-than-average probability of being a crook.
