Police on Wednesday afternoon 4 Elul moved ahead in the Netanya City Hall corruption investigation, arresting the city’s Mayor, Mrs. Miriam Feirberg, who was questioned earlier in the day under warning.
Attorney Nati Simchoni, who has represented the mayor in the past, told the media she has been serving for 18 years and has filled may positions and is known for her honesty and integrity. At least eight people have been arrested in connection to the ongoing corruption investigation which includes allegations of money laundering, tax evasion and bribery.
