The new ‘Shulchan Aruch’ geared for the mon-religious community is called Kol Echad Mimkomo (כל אחד ממקומו), citing the publication was written by Yakir Segev along with Rabbi Dr. Benny Lau. The book is being advertised in newspapers in Israel as a sort of ‘Shulchan Aruch’ for the non-religious.
The book’s purpose is to serve as a practical guide to Judaism and hopefully a bridge between the religious and secular communities.
An example would be as to how one is supposed to treat the Kosel, explaining it is a religious site similar to a shul and one should wear a yarmulke and behave modestly and with dignity. The book also serves as a guide to davening that seeks to addresses everyone’s state of mind.
One of the features is the ability to listen to sound bites and thereby learn how to pronounce words in Aramaic and recite Kaddish and other texts without errors.
Friday night tefilos are addressed and how women recite them as do men, and of course the tefilla is accompanied with an explanation of what exactly erev Shabbos is and what the transition from weekday to holy day encounters.
The accompanying YouTube provides an example of how the sefer tries to assist those without a background in Yiddishkheit to move ahead in avodas Hashem.

Valuable source for seculars.
This is the same Benny Lau , who condemned the million people who went to the levaya of harav ovadia yossef zt”l?
One and the same. He is very far from being steeped in genuine Torah haskofa.
Lau who was the only “orthodox” “rabbi” to meet with reform “rabbis” at the president’s invitation?
Starting from comments 2-4, I guess we haven’t learned anything from the tragedy of the talmidim of Rabbi Akiva, for not having kavod zeh lazeh.
