Ariel Formanovski, 42, the father of 3-year-old Avraham, finally located his son who has been taken from him. it took him two months to track down his son, who was being held by his mother in a battered women’s shelter in Israel.
The mother of the child falsely admitted herself into a battered women’s center for what appears to be financial gain.
Sadly, the family court which is adjudicating their case, was told by the mother’s lawyer that he is violent.
This video shows the truth as journalist Marianne Azizi, who accompanied Ariel through this ordeal shows how in some cases, and this is one of them, the shelter is used by woman taking advantage as they are accepted without prior screening when seeking a ‘safe place to live’ while offering an affordable living solution as she wishes to hid her son from his father.

The father may be 100% correct but you can hardly expect him to be banging the door down and screaming and shouting, showing how violent he is, when he is playing his part in a carefully crafted exhibition with a journalist filming every word and movement. Again the father’s claims may be very justified but the video shown here does not in any way show “how in some cases, and this is one of them, the shelter is used by woman taking advantage”. All we see is the man appearing to be quite reasonable and the police knocking at the door to serve Court papers, nothing more than that.
