Three youths from Bnei Brak, all minors, stole items from a kiosk in the community and then threatened the owner and his wife. The three were indicted on Tuesday, 5 Menachem Av.

The story begins two weeks ago when a man told authorities a group of delinquent youths, minors, have threatened his business, taking items at will without payment.

A policeman who patrols the area arrested two of the suspects for questioning. The third youth arrived at the kiosk and instructed the owner to retract the police complaint and when he refused, the youth warned he was going to burn the place down.

On July 31st during the predawn hours the kiosk was set ablaze and the damage was heavy. Youth investigators detained 12 youths for questioning, some minors and some over 18. Nine of the suspects were released with restrictions and told to stay far away from the kiosk. Three of them, Bnei Brak residents ranging in age from 14 to 17 were indicted on Tuesday on multiple charges.
