A Brooklyn Assistant District Attorney was caught on the wrong side of the law early Saturday morning after being arrested for drunk driving.
Police pulled over 31-year-old Chrismy Sagaille around 4 a.m. after he ran a red light at East 85th Street and Flatlands Avenue in Canarsie.
Police say they smelled alcohol and asked him to take a breathalyzer test, which he refused.
He was taken into custody and later refused to submit to additional sobriety tests and answer any questions.
Police charged him with driving while intoxicated and violating a traffic device.
The Brooklyn DA’s office declined to comment on Sagaille’s arrest.

Nice to see the city prosecutors get drunk once in a while, they are soo busy preventing and punishing criminals, they need some time off…..
the police officer was engaged in racial profiling?
