A law passed in Knesset intends to facilitate the bureaucratic process for suppliers to government agencies as well as expediting payment, explains MK Uri Maklev, who chairs the Knesset Science & Technology Committee.

The new law compels all government agencies to operate with a digital billing system based on the bill authored by MK (Yesh Atid) Miki Levi. Maklev was instrumental in advancing the bill and having it pushed into law, aware of the need for all agencies to operate digitally and online.
