Donald Trump has announced on Twitter that Indiana Gov. Mike Pence is his choice for vice presidential running mate.
Michael Richard “Mike” Pence is an American politician and attorney who is serving as the 50th Governor of Indiana, taking office in 2013.
Pence was mentioned as a possible candidate for President of the United States in 2008 and 2012.
In September 2010, Pence was the top choice for president in a straw poll conducted by the Value Voters Summit.
Pence has accepted the offer and an announcement is expected on Friday.

Hopefully, Mr. Pence’s next job will be sidekick on a Trump TV show. That could leave Chris Chrstie looking for work.
