A husband, wife and their baby were thankfully located by authorities after getting lost at the Minnewaska State Park in Ulster County.
Sources tell YWN that the missing couple contacted Hatzolah as well as 911 at around 10:15PM stating that they were lost and couldn’t find their way out of the Park.
Catskills Hatzolah established a command post, and worked closely with the NY State Police, Forest Rangers, Fire Departments and other agencies to locate them.
Police worked on tracking the cell phones, and thankfully were able to locate the missing group at around 11:25PM.

Ha was just thinking that. Strange article
#1 Could not agree more.
Crossover “story” is blends “news” in with an advert to get you to read their advertisement. Very clever actually.
In addition, during their rather scary ordeal, Shprintzi, (the Mrs.)felt a little dizzy, luckily- she remembered to bring along with her a bottle of the new and delicious Gishmake Water, conveniently packaged in 3 different sizes, Gishmake water is crisp and refreshing with a slight tingle of effervescence that will leave you with an exuberant feeling of ahhh, that was Gishmake!
Maybe it is just because YWN reports every tragedy and near-tragedy involving frum Jews, but I get the impression that frum Jews have no ability to engage in any recreational activity more rustic than basketball. Every summer, there are reports of people falling out of canoes and boats and getting lost in forested parks or needing to be rescued from mountain tops. I used to think it was just because of YWN’s focused reporting, but I am starting to wonder – maybe we should just stay in the city.
