Billion Dollar Lawsuit Against Facebook For Aiding Terror

1Five families of Americans and Israelis murdered and wounded by Islamic terror in Israel have joined forces to file a billion-dollar lawsuit against Facebook, citing the social media giant has failed to prohibit the widespread postings supporting and glorifying terrorism.

The families include:

Relatives of Taylor Force, the American military veteran murdered in a stabbing attack at the entrance to the Jaffa Port on March 8, 2016.

Menachem Mendel Rivkin, who was seriously wounded in a stabbing attack in Givat Ze’ev on January 27, 2016.

Relatives of Richard Lakin, murdered on an Egged bus in Jerusalem on October 15, 2015.

The family of Chaya Zisel Braun, who was murdered in a vehicular ramming attack in Jerusalem on October 22, 2014.

The family of Naftali Frenkel, one of the three Gush Etzion kedoshim murdered on June 30, 2014.

The lawsuit is spearheaded by prominent attorney Nitzana Darshan-Leitner and her Shurat HaDin organization, which has taken the battle against Islamic terror to international courts.

The lawsuit holds Facebook responsible for permitting Hamas to use the international platform to advance its terrorist platform and agenda. The lawsuit was filed on Monday in a US federal court in New York. It is not the first lawsuit against Facebook connected to terror.

  1. Great, because the ONLY thing that talks to these רשעים, who founded these sites, is Money! As long as their making lots of it, they couldn’t care less to be a platform or place used to inspire the killings of innocent victims.
