A 23-year-old American tourist who stumbled was in need of medical care and rescue.

The Golan Heights Search & Rescue working with the N. Police Rescue Unit responded to assist he young woman who was taken from the scene in a rescue basket after being secured by medical personnel.

From there she was transported by ambulance to Poriah Hospital in Tiveria. The report did not state her condition at the time of transport.
