A special Rosh Chodesh Tammuz tefilla for women is being held in memory of terror victim Hallel Yafeh Ariel HY”D. Hallel, 13, was stabbed to death in her Kiryat Arba home by a teenage Palestinian terrorist YS”VZ.

The tefilla event will take place on Wednesday, 1 Rosh Chodesh Tammuz, at 9:00AM at Beit Re’im in Kiryat Arba.
