Minister of Religious Services David Azoulai traveled to Kiryat Arba to be menachem aveil the parents and family of Hallel Yafeh Ariel HY”D, the 13-year-old Kiryat Arba girl murdered by a lone Palestinian terrorist.

The terrorist entered her home in the Givat Charsina neighborhood and found her sleeping in her bed. He stabbed her repeatedly, without mercy, until the first response unit arrived on the scene.
