Project Mesorah is proud to announce that from July 5-10, 2016, the organization will once again be organizing their legendary trip to Poland. As an industry leader in Jewish heritage travel, Project Mesorah’s remarkable trips to Poland consistently impress travelers from around the globe. For those who have previously visited Poland, the Project Mesorah trip has been called, “a colossal cut above the rest” and “a once in a lifetime experience.” One traveler thoughtfully observed, “I have never really experienced Poland until I decided to sign up for the Project Mesorah mission. It was a whirlwind of palpable excitement, combined with a deep and profound sense of feeling our heritage and our history comes alive.”
Marking its 23rd trip to Poland, the upcoming sojourn will take on special significance as tour participants will be joined by the internationally renowned Rav Nosson Greenberg, shlita of Khal Machzekei Torah of Far Rockaway.
Personally guiding the tour will be the esteemed talmid chochom and renowned maggid Rabbi Paysach Krohn shlita. Participants will be treated to Rabbi Krohn’s legendary erudition as they visitsuch places as Warsaw, Ger, Yeshivas Chochmei Lublin, the Majdanek concentration camp, Schindler’s factory, and the infamous Auschwitz-Birkenau. Moreover, the tour offers moving moments with visits to the kevarim of such Torah luminaries as Rabbi Elimelech of Lizhensk, Rabbi Chaim Brisker, The Netziv, Bais Yaakov founder Sarah Schenirer, The Remah, Chiddushei Harim, the Sfas Emes, the Chemdas Shlomo, the Chozeh of Lublin, the Tosfos Yom Tov, the Bach, and the Megaleh Amukos. Adding to the aura of the mission, participants will also spend a very special and memorable Shabbos in Krakow.
“I felt that visiting and davening at the kevarim of our heilege antecedents was like taking a giant step back in time to a world steeped in Torah; a time when genuine Yiddishkeit was flourishing. These visits made everything I had ever about the mighty European yeshivos and shtetlach seem so real, “said another participant.
“Each time I visit Poland, it is an equally inspirational, hard hitting, and transformational experience,” Rabbi Krohn said in a voice reverberating with palpable emotion. “What makes this trip to Poland so different than others is the beautiful ruchnius that accompanies us on our journey, ” he explains. “I can tell you that Rabbi Ari Scharf of Project Mesorah goes the extra mile to ensure that every part of the program runs smoothly and everyone has what they need and want. The educational materials are professionally crafted and each person gains so much. Project Mesorah is not simply a tour operator but rather it is a living and breathing paradigm of people coming together to instill authentic Jewish values; to significantly elevate the level of Judaism; to inspire, to give hope, and to exalt our glorious heritage.”
The Project Mesorah trip also places a special emphasis on providing the ultimate in comfort and amenities for each participant.
