Health Minister Yaakov Litzman has received cabinet approval that will facilitate patients receiving medical marijuana including having more physicians and pharmacies involved in the program.

The experts report the quality of the medical marijuana available in Israel is higher than in other countries as well as considerably less expensive. Companies manufacturing it are anxiously awaiting approval to export the product, which is currently only approved for domestic use, Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) reports.
