Israel Police are seeking details pertaining to real estate dealings between Shlomo Deri, Aryeh Deri’s brother and James Schlaff, the brother of Eyal Martin Schlaff. Deri has not been summoned for questioning in the case according to the Channel 10 News report.

According to the report, this is yet another case, a new case involving Deri and Israeli investigators have turned to Germany for assistance. Schlaff is a friend of both Deri and Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman but the latter’s name is not mentioned in this case. A gag order has been issued by the court prohibiting publication of details of this latest probe involving Deri.
