I’ll tell you where some of them were…. stealing all the ice creams from the freezer in the Chabad shul in Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel that were earmarked as a treat for the kids at the kiddush. The members who donated them were shocked to hear why their treats could not be found.
No, these were NOT Chabad kids, but be aware, parents…. some of the men who were learning in the shul have some leads. And they are furious.
