The Syrian ‘Zaman Al Wasl’ website aligned with opposition forces has reported the Israel Air Force struck targets 13 kilometers from Homs. There has been no Israeli comment on the report.
The attack allegedly occurred earlier this week, after midnight, targeting a Hizbullah weapons storage facility. It added the intended targeted was hit, explosions could be heard and fire resulted.
If there was indeed an attack, it would be the first known action by Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman.
