B’chasdei Hashem, the quick response of the Jerusalem Fire Service prevented a possibly catastrophic situation as they were called to a fire involving a gas tanker.

The site of the fire was the Atarot Industrial Park in northern Jerusalem and because firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze with foam agents, they prevented the tanker from exploding and possibly spreading to other vehicles and buildings in the area. There were no injuries reported.
