Eida Chareidis Ravaad HaGaon HaRav Moshe Sternbuch Shlita used harsh terms in his reference to incoming Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, calling him “one who Hates Elokim”. The Ravaad made his comments during seudas shlishis in his yeshiva in Ramot where he spent Shabbos.
He expressed fears regarding Lieberman’s appointment to the senior cabinet post. “We don’t know what he is going to do to us. We must significantly be mechazeik in limud Torah and certainly HKBH will not abandon us and save us from new gezeiros and deliver Moshiach”.

easy to be extreme, harder to see the good in non-religious…
but sometimes worth while….
Rav Sternbuch has lived many years with these sort of people in Rosh Ho’ayin and south Africa. He knows what trouble these Haters of Elokim cause. He is warning us to do teshuvoh…Thats VERY POSITIVE not negative

@5 religion… is the opiate of the masses no?
Intriguingly amusing how all the lomdishe commenters here feel they are in a position to give advice to one of the greatest Talmidei Chachamim of the generation. Talk about “chutzpah yasgei.”
