The rav of the Ramat David and Shikun Gimmel area of Bnei Brak HaGaon HaRav Shlomo Ben-Shimon has announced it is prohibited to daven in or assist in making minyan in Beit Knesset Chazon Yosef, which is “stolen”. The rav made the announced following davening on Shabbos morning. He warned that anyone davening there should realize his tefilos are not accepted.
The shul is run by prominent Bnei Brak askan Nati Nachum and Rav Ben-Shimon’s declaration left some angered. The limited information available points to this being part of ongoing disputes in Bnei Brak pertaining to different ethnicities in the city claiming they too are entitled to funding for shuls.

Limited information of who?
I am sure that this ruling was purely from a halachic standpoint, in his honest desire to make sure that all of Klal Yisroel’s tefillos are answered. He is surely not a Nogeya Badavar, and the fact that he is a Rav in Bnei Brak and this shul has something (vaguely referenced in this article) to do with a Machlokes also in Bnei Brak is purely a coincidence.
