Sometimes the ‘natural’ course of events is so marvelous that one is compelled to sit back and smile. As many MKs are attacking Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for setting the stage to compel Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon to resign from the cabinet and Knesset, some are unware who the next man on the Likud roster is. In fact, as a result of Ya’alon’s resignation, Rabbi Yehuda Glick, known for his Har Habayis activism, will be sworn in as a Likud MK when Ya’alon’s resignation takes effect on Sunday, 14 Iyar.
Some may gaze Heavenward in amazement saying “What piskei halacha from Gedolei Hador were unable to do, the Knesset has accomplished for after being sworn in as a Member of Knesset, Glick will be compelled to adhere to the ban from Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu prohibiting MKs and cabinet ministers from visiting Har Habayis to avoid provocation.
When asked to comment on the events, Glick told Arutz-7 “I daven to HKBH that he will guide me and escort me in this shlichus for Am Yisrael and to be MeKadesh Shem Shomayim and bring additional peace and light to the world and to act towards bringing achdus in Am Yisrael”.
