Administrative prisoner Meir Ettinger, a grandson of the late MK Rabbi Meir Kahane HY”D, has been in detention under harsh conditions for close to ten months. He has not been charged with any crime yet demonized in the media based on officials leaking information intentionally and based on his right-wing ideology.
It is now announced that Ettinger will be released from detention on June 1st and he will not be facing charges of plotting to overthrow the government as the tzibur has been led to believe would be the case.
His current detention order runs out at the end of the month and the prosecutor is now signaling that it does not plan to request another extension.

I think it’s because Defense minister Yalone is being replaced. He is the one who kept signing off on the extentons.
