Moshe Chazon, the talmid yeshiva affiliated with the Yerushalmi faction arrested in Eilat has been released from IDF Prison 4. There have been protests around the country on his behalf since his arrest.
Chazon was released from jail on Monday 8 Iyar, completing 13 days in jail. Upon his release he carried a Gemara Baba Metzia in hand and did a siyum on completion of the mesechta.
Moshe and family members later in the day met with HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Auerbach Shlita and received chizuk and a bracha following the ordeal. Rav Auerbach explained “We are in the achris ha’yomim and there is galus daas and like a candle before it extinguishes, it gets stronger. We too must get stronger and the more we do we will influence others”.
