Police were summoned to Yavniel after the ohel around the tziyun of the Tzaddik of Yavniel ZT”L was dismantled. Family members of the person who donated the ohel arrived at the kever of Rabbi Eliezer Shlomo Shick ZT”L in an effort to prevent its dismantling.
Needless to say the dismantling of the ohel led to anger among many chassidim and police were summoned to intervene.
Michael Iluz, who heads the local religious council was contacted and it was agreed the council will work with the Shick family to find a solution agreeable to all regarding the kever of the rov.

Why dismantling?
Not sure what is meant by “dismantling” of the structure around a kever? Are they also planning to move the kever of the Rav and bury him somewhere else? Was this an illegal structure that was built on land belonging to another family? Very unclear what and why?
