The National Center for the Development of Holy Sites, Israel Police, United Hatzalah and Hachnasas Orchim Rashbi continue operating in Meron, setting things into place for the expected arrival of 500,000 visitors for Lag B’Omer as well as the days before and after. Work is ongoing to set up a hachnasas orchim tent in the women’s area too, in addition to the tent that will accommodate close to 1,500 men, a tent that is air conditioned to permit visitors to take a break from the heat.
