Stupid article. There are many places like this in the USA. Look up this address in Delaware, 1209 North Orange Wilmington Delaware, this place is almost as big as 199 Lee, however it hosts over 300,000 businesses including over 50% of the Fortune 100 companies are registered in this office. So to single out a small place in Williamsburg is just stupid journalism.
Every post office in the US has PO Boxes, the difference here is that the 11211 PO office is still operating like the 1950’s ( nothing has changed in this location in the past few decades ) they just don’t have enough mail boxes and staff to accommodate .
