Health Minister Yaakov Litzman and Deputy Education Minister Meir Porush on Tuesday morning 26 Nissan visited Betar Illit at the invitation of Mayor Meir Rubinstein.

Litzman thanked the mayor for the opportunity to visit and see the impressive rate of growth and development of the city in all areas together with Porush. Litzman expressed his commitment to continue working to improve health services in the city working with regional health officials, HMOs, and Magen David Adom.

Litzman spoke of the paramedic intensive care unit stationed in the city today and the planned emergency center and additional Tipat Chalav child well-being clinics in new neighborhoods.

Also present for the visit was MDA Chief of Operations Eli Bin.
