The Machpelah Authority announced on Tuesday 25 Nissan that the site will be closed to Jews on Wednesday, 26 Nissan to accommodate a Muslim holiday.
For those who daven neitz and other visitors, they will have to congregate outside on the steps.
The site will reopen to Jews on Thursday, 27 Nissan at 4:00 AM.
