MK Moshe Gafne faced an indictment for excessive speeding about a month ago. In response, Gafne released a message to the public that drivers must obey the law. However, this week, he was served with another indictment for excessive speeding, the second in as many months, both at the same Ramat Gan intersection.
According to a MyNet report, one indictment was filed in the Tel Aviv Traffic Court, documenting Gafne’s vehicle was traveling on August 19, 2015 at 23:51 at the intersection of Aluf Sade and Raziel Street in Ramat Gan at 91 KPH when the speed limit is 60 KPH. He was documented speeding in July at the same intersection, that time traveling 97 KPH.
