The Arab driver who ran over and killed Avraham Hosno HY”D, 54, was apprehended as was reported, and it is now learned that he will not be charged with murder. He will be facing charges of manslaughter.

Hosno, a resident of Kiryat Arba, was run over and killed over a half year ago while standing at a junction in the Hebron district.

Dahariya resident Sahban at-Titi is going to be placed on trial for manslaughter, and not murder as most believed would be the case. He will be tried in an IDF military court. His Hebron area home is also scheduled for demolition.
