Five Jews were arrested by Israel Police for alleged hate crimes including an IDF soldier and three brothers. Two of them are minors, 16 and 17.
One suspect, Schneur Dana was arrested for allegedly setting an Arab vehicle ablaze and being a member of an illegal organization. His remand was extended for three days. One of the minors was arrested last week and his remand was extended. Pinchas Shandorfy was arrested with Schneur, facing charges of ‘security offenses’. His remand was also extended for a week.
Defense attorney Aaron Rose has yet to be permitted to meet with his clients, decrying the blatant violation of rights when it comes to right-wing defendants.
