There have recently been statements released signaling ongoing efforts to put the diplomatic row between Israel and Turkey in the past. The two countries ended relations over the dispute surrounding the Marvi Marmara incident.
The daily Yisrael Hayom reports that a spokesman for Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan stated resumption of relations with Israel cannot occur without Israel removing the marine blockade on Gaza. It was the marine blockade that led to the flotilla led by the Marvi Marmara as terrorists on board the vessel announced they would break through the Israel Navy blockade.
Turkish spokesman Ibrahim Kalin reportedly stated on Monday, 3 Nissan, that reconciliation with Israel cannot occur prior to Israel’s lifting of the marine blockage on Gaza.
This latest statement comes amid reports of secret talks between representatives of Israel and Turkey to renew diplomatic ties.

No reconciliation unless Turkey stops getting oil from ISIS,defeats Hezbollah and destroys ALL their weapons, returns all the money Israel gave them for that business the last time they sent a ship to break the blockade of Gaza, and of course the blockade stays in effect.
This Erdogan is a rasha of major proportion. He has no right to tell Israel how to run its security operation. Has he ever told the terrorists who try to smuggle arms through the blockade to not do so? Israel has made transport of legitimate items possible, at its own expense. More concessions and compromises to safety and security that effectively legitimize terror? Not on my watch. Israel needs to tell this guy to jump in the sea.
