The PA (Palestinian Authority) continues to enforce its police banning the sale of all Israeli products in autonomous areas. As part of enforcement, two companies were indicted this week for violating this ban – selling products that originated in Israel.
YWN-ISRAEL reported on the PA boycott of Israeli products back in 2010.
The ban focuses on major companies, including Tnuva, Strauss, Tara, and Zoglovek.

Israel ought boycott all Palestinian workers!
The difference is that Israel needs the workers, either because they have skills unavailable otherwise in the market, or because they offer to work for a cheaper price than Israelis or because Israelis simply won’t do the dirty work. The general run of Israeli products can easily be replaced by other goods produced locally by the Pals or imported. You can bet however that Israeli medicines are not on the boycott list, nor many other “essential” items that the Pals are incapable of producing.
How about boycotting Israeli gas and electricity while they are at it 🙂
won’t work, since they are cheap labour
I think they should definitely ban all Israeli medicines and Israeli computers and software. Also consider disconnecting power and water and sewage.
