Another leg of Highway (Kvish) 6 is opening to the public this week, from Lehavim to Rahat, in the southern area. According to Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz, the opening of the new area will relieve the traffic snarls at Lehavim Interchange considerably.

Just last month another section opened, from Beit Kama to Shoket.
