This was taken on Thursday afternoon, as a fire destroyed the building that his Yeshiva was housed in at 12 Lizensk Boulevard in Kiryal Joel. While hundreds of onlookers and Yeshiva Bochrim stood and watched in disbelief as their Yeshiva was destroyed, one young Bochur stood nearby with his hands over his ears, and kept his eyes inside a Gemara.
