The Jerusalem Magistrate Court on Monday, 18 Adar-II convicted Sheikh Omer Abu Sara of incitement to violence for his venomous sermons on Har Habayis during which he called for the slaughter of Jews. The sermon in question was delivered on November 28, 2014 and uploaded to the “Aqsa Call” YouTube channel. The verdict was handed down by Justice Shmuel Herbst.
During the sermon he calls for killing and slaughtering Jews and “cleansing al-Aqsa of their filth”, and stating “The Jews are a nation that God made from monkeys and pigs”.
