Pelephone officials on Sunday, 17 Adar-II announced subscribers will have one of three options to select from to receive compensation for outages in service last week. The cellular provider is giving clients one of three options including 20GB of surfing on the internet; use to two content applications or 500 minutes of talk time to a destination abroad.
When asked what about chareidim, Pelephone explains chareidi subscribers without internet connectivity will receive 500 minutes of talk time to destinations abroad next month but the company could not say what other options would be available for one who does not have or want anyone to call outside of Israel.
Kikar Shabbos New spoke to a Pelephone official who explained chareidim using smartphones for business may use the surfing package but did not have any suggestions for those not wishing the surfing of the overseas calls.

the few NIS involved in the refunds for the outage are not worth wasting time for those few who live in world where they don’t know anyone outside of EY or never use the internet. Why would they care about a few pennies???
Which idiot do you have writing your articles???
It makes perfect sense that the users who use more of their servicesand were affected more by the outages should have a choice of which outage affected them more. Chareidim only use one service that’s where the compensation goes. Why on earth are you twisting everything? You want them to fully find kollelim now?
And what does this sentence mean: “but did not have any suggestions for those not wishing the surfing of the overseas calls.” Please YWN fire this writer and get real content!
