The Clalit HMO has been ordered to reimburse Holocaust survivors for the kupat cholim has been charging them for medications that the healthcare provider has received funds for from Germany.

According to the state’s directive, the kupat cholim will have to reimburse survivors retroactively to 1999 for making them pay for medications that the HMO received funds for from Germany.
