Six people were killed in the fatal crash involving an Egged 402 bus that was traveling from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv. Others were injured in the accident including kallah Sara Sperling who sustained very serious injuries.

The accident has resulted in a heightened awareness and concern among bus riders. Since that accident YWN-ISRAEL regularly receives videos and photos of drivers using their smartphones while operating a bus.

One week after the horrific crash, YWN published a video of a 597 “”Superbus” Bus Line playing with his phone while driving.

Thankfully, that driver was taken off the road immediately after the video went viral.

In the latest video one sees a driver from the “Kavim” Company on the 150 line on Sunday morning 10 Adar-II. The bus left Ramle at 07:00 and headed to Modi’in.

The driver, whose name is reportedly Ihab, regularly turns to the left and down where he watches a video on his phone while operating the bus.
