[VIDEO IN EXTENDED ARTICLE] Ambulances that were standing by at Ben-Gurion International Airport transported five of the Israelis wounded in the Istanbul terror attack on Shabbos to Tel Hashomer Hospital in Tel Aviv. Two others are enroute back to Israel. The families of the three Israeli killed in the suicide bombing attack have landed in Istanbul to identify the bodies of their loved ones.
Five Israelis, who sustained light and moderate injuries in the attack arrived during the night on a civilian flight. Among the injured in the attack are Ron and Penina Greenfeld, 59, Anat Kama, 45, a 60-year-old male and a 45-year-old female. They were all taken to Tel Hashomer Hospital.
Five others are expected to arrive including two in serious condition and three in moderate condition.
An air force plane is expected to land in Istanbul during the morning hours. It will bring home the last five wounded of which four are in serious condition. In addition, the military flight will bring home the bodies of the three who were killed HY”D.
