  1. #1: Fireworks. If you are a mature person, you have control over your use of the internet, but you have no control if someone else shoots off fireworks and R”L leaves you deaf.

  2. So it follows that “the Gedolei Hador” think none of us are mature persons who have control over our use of the internet. Having access to the internet or even owning a smartphone is now almost worse than being a mechallel Shabbos befarhesia.

  3. #3: You seem to be on a vendetta against gedolei hador. I understand that there are sites where shone u’pairish types are welcome. Perhaps you’d fit in better over there.

  4. It’s a serious problem. We have the opportunity for greatness or destruction on Purim. There are some Purims where I have witnessed mass drinking, out of control partying, and disrespect. Purims like those make me wish I was sitting in my office working like a regular day. Fireworks and alcohol can literally kill.

  5. What’s the connection? Just because a person has internet means he can scare and harm people on Purim? Someone in our community had a heart attack because of fireworks near him.

And what do fireworks have to do with Purim anyway? Purim is supposed to be a happy day, clowns, etc. Not a scary day, like eleph elephei havdilim, Halloween.

Also, we have the opportunity on Purim to reach very great heights spiritually, like or greater than YomKipurim.
