The American citizen who was murdered in the Palestinian stabbing attack at Jaffa Port on Tuesday, 28 Adar-I is Taylor Force. Force was a former US Army officer who served in Afghanistan and elsewhere. Over ten other people were injured in the attack, some seriously, including his wife.
Taylor Force was a first-year graduate student studying business management in Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. The 29-year-old vet was participating in a school trip to Israel.
CNN quotes the school stating that Force was among 29 students and four staff members who had gone to Israel to study global entrepreneurship. They were in Jaffa by the Mediterranean Sea when they were attacked.
All the other trip participants from Vanderbilt are safe, the Nashville, school said.
Force’s LinkedIn page reports he graduated West Point in 2009 and was a field artillery officer in the US Army until 2014.
He began his studies towards an MBA in 2015.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu sent his condolences to Force’s family.
“May his memory be a blessing,” Netanyahu said.

Both the White House and State Department web sites had statements condemning the attacks within a few hours.
Obama does nothing to avenge the killing of American citizens. His homage to Cuba, Venezuela and Muslim nations in general are well known.
What a nincompoop Obama is !! Indonesia, under President Sukarno, eliminated the Indonesian Communist party some years ago. He did it with his army and the Muslim population of Indonesia. The Muslims in many instances killed members of their own families because they were “infidels” i.e. communists–nonbelievers.
As to Israel, his hatred towards the Jewish people and their nation will redound back to him and all his votaries in severity of enormous proportions.
I like to suggest that all Jews do a little more Talmud Torah, a little more davvening and a little more Chesed.
Obama, communists, nonbelievers, all nations of the Olam will one day be judge by the Almighty (HaShem)—and their treatment of Israel will be their doom !!

In addition, maybe it is a not so subtle hint of the way the tide is turning- if a man dies in a terror attack- and he is an Arab- (whether the victim, or the terrorist) he is moruned by the world if he is a goy- he is moruned. Only if he is a Jew is the world silent. Jews should not think that U.S. citizenship gives us any protection- the only One who can protect us is HKB”H. When we truly know this- no one, Jew, or Goy will die in terror attacks anywhere.
We all need to daven and shake the heavens- rip them apart with our cries so that we will merit the Geula Sheleimah.
