UPDATE 18:57: BDE: One victim has been pronounced dead on arrival at Wolfson Hospital.

A second victim in serious condition is being treated in the trauma unit and a third victim is in light condition.

There appears to be eight victims of this attack with several in serious condition.

UPDATE 18:50: Victims of the Jaffa Port attack were found at three different locations. The attacker struck out in different venues as he fled the scene. Two victims were treated on the port, one on Nachum Golden Street, and the third site is Kikar HaSha’on. MDA Chief Bin reports all the victims sustained stab wounds and there are a total of six victims at this time; 2 critical, 2 serious, and 2 moderate.

There are still conflicting reports if the terrorist was neutralized or still at large. The possibility of more than one terrorist has not been ruled out.

Some feel that the timing of today’s terror attacks is not coincidental and may be intentional, coinciding with the touchdown of US Vice President Joe Biden, who arrived this evening for an official visit.

The victims have been transported to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv and Wolfson Hospital in Holon.

UPDATED 18:39: It is now reported the terrorist at the port was not neutralized, but remains at large.

In addition, there are additional victims. MDA reports five victims in serious condition at three locations at the port. More to follow.

UPDATE 18:36: MDA Chief of Operations Eli Bin reports there are three victims at the Yaffo Port, adding the information is preliminary and there may be additional wounded. He reports their condition is moderate-to-serious.

FIRST REPORT 18:30: In yet another terror attack in Israel today R”L, three people have been wounded by a knife-wielding terrorist of the Port of Yaffo. EMS units have arrived on the scene.

The terrorist has been neutralized, apparently shot by bystanders. Preliminary information reports two victims in moderate condition and a third with light injuries.
