A photos of the convicted assassin of PM Yitzchak Rabin, Yigal Amir, was displayed in a Givatayim kindergarten. The teacher is being disciplined for her actions.

The Ministry of Education is carrying out begun disciplinary measures against the teacher who decided it was appropriate to display Amir’s photo on the wall. A formal complaint was filed against the teacher with city officials by parents, leading to the ministry’s involvement.

So what really happened? The children were asked to make a project by cutting out photos from newspapers, and one such photo, of Amir, was included in a collage of one of the little ones. The teacher included it with the other works displayed on the wall, leading to the disciplinary action.
