The Chotam Forum has called on Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein to prevent the Knesset from observing “Gay Kehilla Day” R”L. The forum, which is headed by HaGaon HaRav Yaakov Ariel Shlita called on Edelstein to take the step to prevent the assault on basic Jewish family values.
According to the Chotem website, its vision is “When there is an important public discourse that touches the majority of Israeli society, many different and varied opinions are voiced in the media, but the voice of Torah and those connected to Torah and the Land of Israel are hardly heard. In these discussions, the Halacha is viewed as not relevant- that in and of itself leads to the formation of opinions that are foreign to Judaism and sometimes in contradiction to it”.
The Chotam rabbonim ask Edelstein not to grant the forum to the “small but audible voice” of this community. The letter cites the forum is working to preserve the values of Jewish family as they have been throughout the generations.

For all other aspects of this world , we acknowledge readily how these developments massively impact our lives ,while here our ability to bend over in knots in order to keep our heads stuck firmly in the sand..is extraordinary
Coloring over cardinal sins with some warm pretense or another, will bring deserved destruction upon all of us

‘V’lo Saki ha’Aretz.
So Many ‘Forgotten What it Means to be Jews’
(There’s massive $$$ forces with the media together fully intending as to what will wear away the religious’ long term defenses against what these awful people are promoting)

Where’s Everyone Else [That includes You]?
Any coincidence that the New Christians (reform) are in in Israel for their “GA”, visiting the PM, & President? For the last sixty years they were out to ‘get’ the State, now they’re actively trying to destroy it (of course denying it).
Anyone ever learn Parshas Noach?
“to prevent the assault on basic Jewish family values”
Saying that is like saying we can’t eat bacon because its not healthy.
We can’t eat bacon because Hashem forbade it, and this is ossur for the same reason.
“Apologetic” description of why we’re against this is not much better than those who think its OK, because it indicates agreement in the fundamentals. Its the type excuse I’d expect from the sorry state of christianity before they gave up completely, because its a middle/transitional phase.
Apart from that there is also a huge Chilul Hashem. But “family values” is something which must come from some other religion.
